Reporting

You can perform the cost analysis of the fleet management using the reporting feature available in the  OTX  Fleet module. This option will benefit you to get an idea related to the cost of fleet management over a period of time.

The cost can be analyzed based on Service, Contract, and Date. You can group the report according to vehicle and driver. By selecting the Date filter, it is possible to compare the report with the previous year or previous period. The report can be also viewed in the Pivot table. You can convert the report into a spreadsheet as per your requirements. All operations related to fleet management in a company can be now easily managed and monitored with the help of the dedicated Fleet module in  OTX  16.
