Tasks analysis

The Reporting menu of the Field Service module offers the Tasks Analysis option, which can be used to analyze the tasks recorded in the module. You can evaluate the field services tasks on this platform.

For effective analysis, you can use suitable Filters and Group By options. This platform offers Graphical and Pivot views. You can select a suitable view according to your demand. It is possible to generate customized reports using the Custom Filter and Group options. As Measures, you will get Days to Deadline, Effective Days, Overtime, Planned Days, Progress, Remaining Days, Remaining Hours on SO, Working Days to Assign, Working Days to Close, Working Hours to Assign, Working Hours to Close, and Count.

The  OTX  16 Field Service module will assist you from start to end in performing all operations efficiently and systematically.
