Departure Reasons

The Departure Reasons option included in the Configuration menu can be used to specify the reasons for the departure of an employee from the company. It is easy to create the departure reasons using the  OTX  Employees module. It only takes a few steps. First, select the Departure Reasons option from the Configuration menu. As shown in the screenshot below, you will get a window with the details of the already configured departure reasons.

If you want to add a new reason to the existing list, you can click on the Create button. As soon as you click on the Create button, a new line will appear under the existing list, where you can mention the new reason. Click the Save button and that’s it.
