Members

In the  OTX  16 Knowledge module, you will get a separate menu to manage the members of the articles. You can access this platform from the Configuration menu.

As you can see in the screenshot above, the list view will show the Article, Partner, and Permission granted to them. By clicking on a particular article, a window will appear on the screen.

If you want to change the access right of the partner, you can change it from the Permission field. The Inherited Permission of the member can be observed in this window. By clicking on the Create button given on the right corner of the screen, you can add a new member to any of the articles created by you and set permissions accordingly.

With the assistance of the new Knowledge management system in  OTX  16, you can create and share knowledge with your colleagues effortlessly and systematically.
