Reporting

In order to get the reports of all maintenance works done in your company, you can seek help from the Reporting menu available in the  OTX  Maintenance module. This platform will provide an effective analysis of the Maintenance Requests created in the module.

You will get Pivot and Graphical reports of the Maintenance Requests. The graphical view can be altered between Line, Bar, and Pie Charts. Use My Maintenance, To Do, Blocked, Ready, High-Priority, Unscheduled, Request Date, Scheduled Date, Close Date, Unread Messages, and Archived as filters. You will get reports based on Assigned To, Category, Stage, and Created By using the Group By option.

As Measures, you can use the Count and Duration of the maintenance request.
